Welcome to F & Z Homestay Kota Bharu. We provide accomodation services for visitors to individual, families, groups, corporate members and others.

F & Z Homestay Kota Bharu started operation on 1st January 2012. Our homestay is located close to the Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia (HUSM), Sultan Ismail Petra Airport, Kota Bharu Town, and Kubang Kerian bus station. Others facilities nearby are Pasaraya Nirwana, Mydin Mall, 7 Eleven, Mosque, Petrol Station, Bank and others.

We provide a variety of rooms for guest, for example Family Suite, Deluxe Room, Standard Rooms, and Single Room. Others facilities for our homestay are Lounge, Dining, and Kitchen is open for our guest. We also accept a reservation for the whole homestay to those who want a privacy and comfort with affordable rate.

Each room at our homestay attach with bathroom and toilet, ceiling fan, aircond, writing desk, wardrobe, blanket, and others equipments. For the groups we also provide additional mattresses for reasonable rates.
